3 day stay in a beautiful hotel

It was the perfect hotel for us. We had beautiful rooms, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were very obliging about everything. The location was 20 mins out of the centre but we loved this as it was so relaxing. It was a bonus having the trams so close and also the beautiful park

Great hotel

We came to Amsterdam for the first time for my partners 40th Birthday. Hotel is great in a fab location, very friendly staff happy to help. We turned up late to check in around 10.30pm Laura was very helpful and fast check in We want to say thank you for making a stay perfect

Couples holiday

The hotel itself was beautiful—very clean and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast was a disappointment, offering very limited choices for the price paid. Notably, there were no sausages available on the buffet, and the overall selection was quite poor. Despite this, the hotel as a whole was lovely, and I would definitely return.

pleasant experience nice room, quite and comfortable

Black out blinds are amazing, beds comfortable, warm and cosy. Located in perfect position for 15minute tram in to central dam and 15minutes to museum quarter. use 14 a 2 minute walk up the road for centre and 19 outside hotel to museum quarter.

Management very unprofessional

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly . We got a beautiful room on the first floor but we were never told that on the next 2 mornings starting from 8.00am the room next door was been updated and the Contractor was using a hammer drill . This continued for at least 2 hours both mornings . We should have been informed and given a choice of a different room when we checked in . When we complained it was then we were offered a different room with one day left of our weekend break . Management left alot to be desired and our complaint fell on deaf ears . The restaurant prices are absolute extortion. Other than that the hotel was great ...a huge management disappointment offering a different room only when we complained .
