Perfect location for us, with trams that take you go the city center in 10 minutes. and very good service ,room very clean and also the common parts

Great hotel with a history
Great location, lovely staff and the room was comfortable. Our room was however on a hidden floor 2.5 which was hard to find but other than , its lovely.
Everyone speaks perfect English and very accommodating.
The restaurant is pretty but overpriced for what you get.
Good hotel but not 4*
Good hotel but would not give it 4 starts. its more a 3 star tops, pillow wasn't comfortable and the double room we booked was in the end just 2 singles pushed together and caused us to have to sleep sideways. walk in shower was good but no temperature regulator so hot meant burn urself hot.
